- The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) Department of Defense, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1155 is requesting quotes for this procurement, Military and Civilian Medal Sets. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, Small Business Standard Size, 500 employees. All offers shall be submitted via email and offers must be for the exact items above in the product section. 2.. As consideration of award, please provide proposed discounts off your normal GSA schedule rates for quoted prices. •3. Procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations, Subpart 13.106 - Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation are applicable to this RFQ. The Government will evaluate offers and make a selection based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. •4. Submittals after the closing date and time of the RFQ will not be accepted. •5. Offers must be firm-fixed price, and include all quantities listed, all or none, FOB Destination; delivery price should be included in price. All quotes should be submitted via electronic email to the POC listed below. •6. The Government will have a maximum of ten (10) working days from the day the medals are received to complete quality assurance and approve or disapprove the deliverable(s). •10.
