- Statement of Work 12E-162A-RF/JMB Revision H dated 16 February 2012 AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to issue a solicitation at some future date for the purchase of a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) Upgrade. The anticipated total quantity is 1 each upgrade in FY12. The requirement is for a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) Upgrade in accordance with the Statement of Work (available for review at this site). The pre-solicitation number is FA2263-12-R-0008 and shall be referenced on all correspondence submitted. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. Interested parties should submit questions to Tom Carson, AFMETCAL, 813 Irving-Wick Dr. W., Bldg. 2, Heath OH 43056-1199.
