- 5 Year AFMETCAL/ML-05 Warranty DD Form 1423 Data Requirements Purchase Description 12E-109A-B-DC Revision 1 dated 12 July 2011 AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to issue a solicitation at some future date for the purchase of 1M & 10M Decade Resistance Boxes. The anticipated total quantity of 1M Decade Resistance Boxes is 92 each (34 each in FY12, 47 each in FY13, 11 each in FY14). The anticipated total quantity of 10M Decade Resistance Boxes is 91 each (34 each in FY12, 46 each in FY13, 11 each in FY14). The requirement is for 1M & 10M Decade Resistance Boxes in accordance with the Purchase Description, 5-year warranty and data requirements (available for review at this site). The pre-solicitation number is FA2263-12-R-0010 and shall be referenced on all correspondence submitted. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice.
