- Solicitation and Statement of Work and applicable Wage Determination The Department of the Air Force 482nd Contracting Office at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL intends to contract for a vendor to provide regular service inspections and repairs to our fire extinguishers. This contract will be awarded as a firm fixed contract for one year with two one year options. NAICS Code: 423850 Evaluation criteria: past performance and lowest price - All quotes must be submitted on the solicitation form attached and submitted by email by the due date. Complete and return pages 1-32 (ONLY) of the attached solicitation form. - Thoroughly read and review the solicitation and all attachments when preparing your quote.
