Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SFO 1TX2398 The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Houston, TX that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for Fire, Life-safety, Seismic and Handicapped Accessibility. Property located within a base floodplain (100 year floodplain) or wetland will not be considered. Government's intent is to award based on the use of this advertisement. State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting from the intersection of I-610 & Griggs Road in an easterly direction on Griggs Road, which becomes Lawndale Street, to the intersection of Lawndale Street & I-610. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Lawndale Street & I-610 in a southbound direction to the intersection of I-610 & I-45. Western Boundary: From the intersection of I-610 & I-45 in a northbound direction to intersection of I-610 & Griggs Road.
