- NSN 7R-1615-011589612-VH, TDP VER 010, REF NR 70102-28011-042, QTY 6 EA,DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. This requirement is sole sourced to Sikorsky Aircraftdesignated by FMS Customer. This part requires engineering source approval bythe design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturingknowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from theapproved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturingknowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to theGovernment, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality ofthe part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design controlactivity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineeringactivity.
