- Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for an IDIQ Paving at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA installation. Period of performance is for a Base Year of twelve (12) months with two (2) 12 month option periods. This contract was procured as an 8(a) small business set-aside, utilizing negotiation procedures. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA, is the contracting activity.
