- Personal and non-personal Direct Health Care Provider Services for Physicians, Nurses, and Ancillary personnel at Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) located throughout the D.C. National Capital Region (NCR) as well as logical extensions of the MTFs supported by JTF CapMed's Area of Responsibility in the following geographic regions: Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia, West Virginia, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. Health Care Providers (HCPs) will supplement the MTF's clinical staff (e.g., Department of the Army/Navy/Air Force military personnel, Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees or other contracted staff) in accomplishing its mission of providing direct health care services to eligible beneficiaries.
