- Solicitation A12PS00638 and all exhibits are now available. THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% BUY INDIAN ACT SET-ASIDE. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Furnish all labor, services, equipment, personnel, supervision, materials, supervision, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to perform toxic materials removal and demolition of two Detention Facilities (15, 634.00 SF total). The work is located in Sacaton AZ in Pinal County, Arizona. All work shall be in accordance with this contract, the statement of work and all applicable Federal, State, Tribal and Local Codes and Regulations. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS BETWEEN $250,000.00 AND $500,000.00. BID BOND IS REQUIRED - 20% OF THE BID PRICE.
