- Vault toilet/septic This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). General Information: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for vault toilet and septic tank service on 3 Districts of the Flathead National Forest. There are 4 bid items, one for selected Districts and one for Septic Tanks. There is 1 year option period.
