- The Iowa City VA Health Care System, 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa is soliciting quotes to provide Solid Waste Collection services. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of this solicitation from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 with four, 12 month options available. The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $12.5 million. This is a set-aside solicitation for small business only. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
