- Sources Sought This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers, Size Standard $13.5 Million. The Network Contracting Activity at Canandaigua (VISN 2) has a requirement for a contractor to provide off-site Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) technical services for beneficiaries of the Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY. Responses to this sources sought must include the following information: 1. General information about your company: name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, email address(s), DUNS number, and company website if available. 2. Type of business, such as: 8(a), Small Business, HubZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business. No telephone responses will be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. March 22, 2012.
