Description
Purchase Request number IQC12023009027, Solicitation Number SPM4A6-12-R-0495. This requirement is for two NSNs for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and four option years. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted; Other Than Full & Open Competition. The 2 NSNs consists of the following terms and conditions: Clin 0001- NSN 5342-00-739-4569, CXN - Osprey V-22A, Marine Corps Aircraft, Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Qty - 105, Delivery - 236 days ARO; IAW Bell Helicopter drawing 204-031-927, Rev AD; approved source - Lord Corporation, CAGE 76005, part number J-8085-8; no surge and sustainment. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item; shelf life requirement of 60 months; Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC) is required. Product Verification testing and Configuration control applies. Clin 0002- NSN 5342-01-141-0387,05A - Chinook CH-47 Aircraft, Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Qty -4579, Delivery - 164 days ARO; IAW source control Boeing Company drawing 234DS301, Rev C, approved source - Lord Corporation, CAGE 76005, part number J-17043-4; no surge and sustainment; shelf life requirement of 60 months. Configuration control applies. FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance @ Origin applies. The anticipated issue date is March, 29, 2012 & closing date of April 30, 2012. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
