It is not a Critical SafetyApplication (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition isunrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation CAGE 99167, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package to Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate; ATTN: DSCR-DU: 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 for evaluation for future procurements. DELIVERY: 223 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 32 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price, no option deliver order against Hamilton Sundstrand current BOA. Therefore, a letter solicitation will be issued.
