- Description
- The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 16,065 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous office space with 3 reserved parking spaces in Glendale, CA. The requested space will serve as a Field Office for the Social Security Administration. The lease term is 15 years with 10 years firm. The occupancy date should be on or before October 1, 2012. The space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Glenoaks Blvd East: Glendale Ave South: Chevy Chase Drive West: Central Ave The requested space must be in a building capable of being altered to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (this is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): Building name/address and age Location of space in the building and date of availability Location and number of parking spaces available to the Government Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include 1) Building name and address to include the full nine (9) digit zip code, 2) Available square feet and rate per square foot, 3) Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, 4) Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet offered, and 5) Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
