- Description
- The justification for other than full and open competition is to repair the Building 105 chilled water pump for the small chiller. The unit had a short and went to g round. Currently the large chiller has been turned on to handle the affected area but we need to get the small chiller back online to reduce the energy cost from running the oversized unit. In addition, this chiller serves as a back-up to the running chiller. This redundancy is required to keep building systems operational to meet agency missions. the work is in the scope of the O&M contract but is above the repair threshhold. The contracting agency is the General Services Administration, St. Louis West Field Office, 9700 Page Boulevard and 4300 Goodfellow, St. Louis, Missouri.
