- Statement Of Work (SOW) The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol Contracting Division intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order, under FAR Part 12, to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about March 20, 2012 to Michigan Department of Management and Budget [DUNS: 805338977]. The period of performance will be 30 calendar days from time of award. The purchase order shall provide access to the Michigan State Police Law Enforcement Communication System, enabling for multi-agency interoperability in the field. The radio system is controlled by the state of Michigan, and access to their law enforcement radio system can be provided solely by the state of Michigan.
