- This notice serves as a presolicitation notice to the following: The Service Area Office East (SAO-East) Veteran's Health Administration intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract for WATER PLANT AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT SERVICES in CASTLE POINT, NY. ThE solicitation will be issued under number VA-240-12-R-0096 as a Request For PROPOSAL (RFP). This acquisition will be 100% SDVOSB SET-ASIDE AND ALL PROPOSING VENDORS MUST BE CERTIFIED THROUGH VETBIZ (www.vetbiz.gov) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 221310 and the Small Business size standard is $7.0M. PROPOSALS WILL BE EVALUATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION E OF THE RFP (BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF). Any questions can be directed to Stephanie Goe at stephanie.goe@va.gov.
