- Requirements are for custodial services for US Army Garrison, Germany. Vendors must be fully licensed and authorized to perform custodial services in Germany. Proposed contract is a requirements type with fixed unit prices. The contract is for a period of one year, planned to start on 01 Aug 2012, with the Government having two (2) options for contract extension of 12 months each under FAR 52.212-9, and additional 6 months option on final contract period, under the local version of FAR 52.212-8 that maybe exercised in one or at several times as needed provided the total 6 months is not exceeded. Note that in the evaluation for award, the price evaluation shall include all options' prices to come up to the total evaluated price. A site visit will be held for this solicitation, it is imperative that interested vendors respond to this synopsis for notification of the site visit when scheduled.
