- Description
- Form to fill out for organizational conflicts of interest Revised RFP based on Q&A Past Performance Questionnaire The following questions were received. Answers directly follow each question. Section 2.2, Factor 2--Personnel Experience references a PWS. Is there a separate PWS not included in this solicitation package? ---This was a mistype, corrected RFP attached. Section 2.2, Factor 2--Personnel Experience. Are the resumes for professors and staff included in the 25 page limit for this section of the technical proposal? ---Yes, this is meant to be a give a general sense of the staff/professors, it is not meant to be an exhaustive list. Section 2.3.1 reads: "The curriculum will include substantive course content in the following areas (this is not meant to be a substantive list)..." Is the second use of the word "substantive" meant to be "exhaustive" or "not inclusive"? ---Substantive is meant to be exhaustive, corrected RFP attached. Section 2.3.2 reads: "In addition to regular coursework, which students will take at a designated campus of the partner university, students will also satisfactorily complete a WMD colloquium conducted by the WMD Center at a location or locations designated by the WMD Center." Section 2.1 reads in part "...The Offerer should detail the way in which they will work with the NDU to co-write/co-host a WMD-Offer sponsored capstone..." Is the colloquium in Section 2.3.2 and the capstone in Section 2.1 expected to be the same activity? ---Yes, the colloquium and capstone are the same activity. Section 2.3.3 reads: "The partner university will matriculate up to 24 students annually under the auspices of this agreement." Do you intend to matriculate up to 24 new students per year into this two-year program for all five years, including year five? This would create the potential for 48 first- and second-year students to be in the program each year following year one. Is that the intention? ---Yes Section 2.4.2 references Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment 2). Where can these forms be accessed? They do not appear to be part of the solicitation package. ---Please see attached. Section 2.7 references OCI Disclosure Forms. Where can these forms be accessed? They do not appear to be part of the solicitation package. ---Please see attached. Is it anticipated that any class offered under this program can be taught at the National Defense University using National Defense University facilities? ---It is probable that the capstone course (i.e., the "colloquium") will be taught at NDU. It is possible that other courses could be taught at NDU on a case-by-case, negotiated basis, but any proposal should be based on the assumption that other courses will not be taught at NDU.
