- Justification and Approval for O&M Services for W91278-08-C-0021 This is a Supplemental Agreement/Contract Modification to Contract No. W91278-08-C-0021 with Hensel Phelps construction Company. The original contract award action was a firm fixed price contract for design and construction of U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters and U.S. Army Garrison-Miami (USAG-M) supporting facilities in Miami-Doral, Florida, using FY 2008-2010 MILCON funds. The modification under this J&A is for emergency repairs to the facility generators, generator controls and road bollards. The is a firm fixed price, negotiated action using FY 2012 Army Operation and Maintenance funds.
