- Project 568-12-207, Assess/Upgrade Fiber Cable Communication The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and necessary supervision to perform all work associated with Project 568-12-207, Assess/Upgrade Fiber Cable Communication, at the VA Black Hills Medical Center, Hot Springs, SD. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, demolition, alterations, IT related work, installation of pathways, equipment room fittings, and cabling as indicated on the contract specifications and drawings. All buildings involved shall remain functioning throughout the project with minimal disruptions. All phases of work shall be scheduled through the VA Project Manager. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligible for award. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 238210, P&S: Z2DZ.
