Description

Modification 2: The pre-solicitation notice issued on February 21, 2012 is modified to include the following: 1. Contractors ™ questions and Government responses are provided in the attached file for information purposes. 2. Selection Criterion #6 is revised to clarify the general geographical location of the project as follows: From: Firm ™s location in the general geographic area of the project; provided, that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the contract. To: Firm ™s location in the general geographic area of the project (areas within the Pacific and Indian Oceans); provided, that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the contract. 3. The response date/time of April 12, 2012, 2:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time, remains unchanged as a result of this modification.
