Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source service contract with Abiomed, Inc. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Abiomed, Inc to perform all the annual preventive maintenance, all necessary checks and adjustments to the Impella internal blood pumps that are used in the Cath-lab for the John Cochran VA Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
