Description

This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) N00104-10-G-A002 with Treadwell Corporation and serves as the presolicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 14 Mar 12 thru 14 Mar 13 for evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Atmospheric Control System manufactured and repaired by Treadwell Corporation. Several major items to be repaired include: 7H 4810-01-187-4926, Valve Solenoid, P/N 3521-0001-1 7H 3655-00-587-7554, Regular, Flow Con, P/M 1796-004-3 7H 6685-01-428-6036, Transmitter, Pressur, P/N 22-38771CP 7H 6630-00-602-3978, Cylinder, Hydrogen S, P/N C2684-H2CP 7H 4320-01-130-0015, Pump, Distilled Water, P/N 528P200 7H 3655-01-084-8344, Cell Electrolytic, P/N 21-19734 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Atmospheric Control System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. A complete list of items and forecasted quantities can also be obtained upon request. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) becasue the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
