Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Acquisition Services - Frederick, MD, in accordance with PL 108-183 and FAR 6.302-1, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Veterans Evaluation Services, Inc., formerly MES Solutions, 9400 Grogans Mill Rd, Ste 305, The Woodlands, TX 77380-3636 for medical disability examination services. The base period of performance is four (4) months with four (4) one-month option periods. The period of performance start date is May 1, 2012. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This is a bridge contract. A Solicitation Notice will be posted to FBO for a competitive solicitation in the near future.
