Description

Building Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services, Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63103. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Proposal will be issued on/or about (o/a) 04/02/2012. Solicitation Number is GS06P12GXD0021. Proposals will be due May 2, 2012. Questions will be due to LaVerne Perkins in writing no later than May 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. CST. This proposed action is set-aside exclusively for all responsive, responsible Small Business vendors. Only Small Businesses may submit a proposal for this procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 and the size standard is $14 million. Contract award will be for one (1) base period (36 months), three (3) (24 months each) option periods, and one (1) (12 month) option period. The expected contract duration is ten (10) years. Anticipated start date is August 1, 2012. Prior to contract award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Firms can register at www.ccr.gov.
