Description

Vendors are invited to provide a sustainability related display in the Fritz G. Lanham Office Building lobby, from April 16 - 19, 2012. The display spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. The display must address federal sustainability related issues as stated in Executive Order 13514. To view a copy of the order, please see attachment. If you can not view attachment, you may Goggle the Executive Order. Vendors must supply their own display table, not more than 6 feet in width, and vendors will not have access to electrical outlets. All displays must be set up inside the building lobby (no outside displays). Set up time is 8:00am until 10:00 a.m. on April 16 th. All displays must be disassembled starting at 3:00 p.m. and must be out of the building by 5:00 p.m. If you are interested in displaying during our Earth Week 2012, please forward the below information to Ms. LaVida Barnes at lavida.barnes@gsa.gov.
