- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Procurements and Grants Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for laboratory analyses of participants in the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), Division of Health Nutrition Examination Surveys (DHNES). This is a performance-based contract. A single award of a firm-fixed price contract will result from this solicitation. This requirement seeks to obtain laboratories for laboratory measurements on biologic specimens for albumin and creatinine and possibly sodium, potassium, and chloride testing and processing. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform these measurements. The period of performance will be from August 15, 2012 - June 14, 2017. The RFP documents will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at http://FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFP Number 2012-N-14281 on or about 03/26/2012, with a 30 day closing. Paper copies WILL NOT be available and telephone requests of fax requests will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for any updates/amendments. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
