THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION, PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT, OR DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; A STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SOO) IS ATTACHED. The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) requests responses from potential offerors in the form of a Capability Statement. Capability Statements should reflect the offeror's capabilities, resources, and expertise necessary to meet SDDC's objectives as outlined in the attached Statement of Objectives. Any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as market research information as defined in The Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. CAPABILITY STATEMENT The following information is requested: 1.Respondent's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2.Respondent's expression of interest in bidding on the solicitation if issued. 3.Respondent's capabilities to perform. 4.Respondent's suggestions for revision of the wording of the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) to better provide best value while still achieving the Purpose of the SOO. Note: Section 6 of the attached draft SOO requests a PWS and pricing proposal. These are not requested or required in response to this Sources Sought.
