- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Regional Office, Salt Lake City, UT has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for partial remodel of a veteran's home in American Samoa. The intent of this project is to remodel the veteran's bathroom to make it ADA compliant and extend the outside cement ramp to include the installation of galvanized rails on outside of ramp. NAICS code for this project is 236118. The small business size standard is $33.5M. This requirement is being set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). Interested firms are hereby notified that at the time of offer submission, the VOSB concern must be listed and verified in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Interested firms responding to this requirement will be verified at the time of offer submission, as well as prior to award. Performance period is 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The construction range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation for this requirement will be available for download at the Federal Business Opportunities at www.fbo.gov on or before March 15, 2012.
