- Vendor Facility Inspection Standards This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. This requirement is proposed to be a 100% Small Business set-aside; however, any businesses interested in being considered for the forthcoming solicitation should submit their company information. The designated NAICS Code is 812331; Linen Supplywith size standard of $13 million. Your response shall include the following information: • SBA designation (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, Women Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Business name • CAGE code • Name of Point of contact • Email address • Phone and fax numbers • Size standard of company Also indicate whether Company is certified with The Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC), and affirmatively state whether Company meets Inspection Standards attached hereto. Contractors must be presented in sufficient detail that your company possesses the necessary means to hire qualified candidates to fulfill the requirements indicated in the draft Statement of Work. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Information will be sent to SSgt William Harris at Email: william.harris@moody.af.mil. Requested information must be received NLT 1300 PM Eastern, 15 November 2011. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED, IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
