Description

This notification is in reference to Solicitation Number NIH-NIDDK 08-01, entitled NIH-NIDDK Enterprise System Service and Health Informatics Support. On November 29, 2010, NIH-NIDDK, provided a notice of cancellation in reference to Solicitation Number NIH-NIDDK 08-01, entitled NIH-NIDDK Enterprise System Service and Health Informatics Support. The cancellation was challenged in the Court of Federal Claims (COFC) and on December 21, 2011, the Court upheld the chanllege, effectively overturning the cancellation. Therefore, the Agency is now filing this notice as a re-cancellation of the solicitation.
