- Description
- HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Tactical and Survival Specialties, Inc. for Part Number CPSI-F4W-1004-CERFP, Kit, TACOPS, Satellite and Broadband Terminal Communications. The proposed contract action is for the Air National Guard. This item is available on a sole source basis from Tactical and Survival Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 1890, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Tactical and Survival Specialties is the sole manufacturer for Kit, TACOPS, Satellite and Broadband Terminal Communications. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220. Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 11:00 am EST, March 21, 2012. The Government will consider all responses but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
