- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation N4155712RC015CO is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-56. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333315 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. The following commercial items are requested: CLIN 0001- (QTY 2 each) Sony HDR-FX1000 Handycam HDV Camcorder Or Equal CLIN 0002- (QTY 1 each) Whirlwind PRESSPOWER2 - 2 In, 16Out Active Microphone Press Box with Case Or Equal CLIN 0003- (QTY 1 each) Fujifilm ASK-4000 Dye Sublimation Thermal Photo Printer (8"Wide Roll feed) Or Equal All Items must be delivered to customer NLT 30 days ADC. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable. ***ALL SHIPPING COST MUST BE INCLUDED WITH FINAL QUOTE. SEE ADDRESS BELOW. *** There are two options for delivery. If possible please provide quote for each delivery method. Delivery Method 1: Ship to our DLA consolidation point. The Air Force will be responsible for getting shipment from Tracy, CA to Guam. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 7 PM Eastern Standard time on Wednesday 28 March 2012. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in CCR that is intended to be the successful awardee. Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a CCR registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted.
