- This is not a soliciation. This is a Sources Sought notice only. The Department of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC is seeking capable offerors who can: (1) Provide Calibration and Repair Services of USCG owned Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TDME) located at the USCG Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC 27909. The work involves but is not limited to actions necessary to perform calibration and repairs for tools and TDME utilized at ALC Elizabeth City. (2) Interested offerors will have a certified and accredited calibration/repair faciltiy located within a 200 mile radius of Elizabeth City, NC. Interested offerors will also have the capability to perform on-site services aboard ALC for non-portable equipment requiring calibration and/or repair. (3) A commercial IDIQ type contract providing for calibrations at a fixed unit price and repairs performed at a pre established labor rate is being contemplated. (4) Interested potential offerors should furnish a capability statement limited to five pages in total electronically to both gary.s.woolard@uscg.mil and william.p.morris@uscg.mil.
