- Combined Synopsis Solicitation: FA8125-12-R-0013 Wage Determination 6/17/2011 Appendix E - Air Quality Emissions Appendix D - Operational Schedule Appendix C - Safety Appendix Appendix A - Area Maps Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price commercial contract with a period of performance of 15 May 12 - 15 Oct 12 for the acquisition of Temporary Air Services. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) FA8125-12-R-0013. THIS IS RESERVED FOR 8(A): ALL NATIVES SERVICES The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
