- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Idaho Army National Guard requirement is to lease logistics equipment to support units utilizing the Orchard Combat Training Complex located outside Boise, Idaho. The Government intends to award up to six IDIQ contracts, maximum of three contractors per CLIN. The Government reserves the right to award more than six IDIQ contracts to promote competition for all CLINs, intent is to have a minimum of two contractors per CLIN. This is not an all or nothing procurement, offerors are authorized to submit proposals on selected CLINs. This is a partial small business set aside where a minimum of the two of the awardees will be small businesses. See Additional documentation for complete requirements.
