- GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed ONE year (1 yrs) Standing Price Quote SPQ for 1 National Stock Number (NSN) in the FSC 8010. The SPQ will begin on the date of award and will not exceed a one year period. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin Prepay and Add. Please see details of the solicitation included in the Cover Pages. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ.
