- Questions: 1) Could interviews that cannot be conducted in a supervised setting be conducted on the phone? 2) Could interviews that cannot be conducted in a supervised setting be schedule to be conducted at a VA facilities? Answer to 1 and 2: The interviews can be conducted at VA or in a setting in the community where the interviewer assesses as safe (café, coffee shop, etc). Not in-home. Interviews with incarcerated vets can be arranged through the jail or prison and unless distance is an issue (greater than 50 miles), expectation is to be in person. 3) Should we prepare our response assuming that we will cover only one site? Answer: Please provide for as many sites as you can provide for.
