- Description
- The Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest is looking for A/E design consultants to perform a Preliminary Project Analysis (PPA) including schematic design and cost estimates for the Tonasket Ranger Station in Tonasket WA. This facility will be located at 1 West Winesap, Tonasket, Washington. It is anticipated that the work will begin approximately June 2012 and will last four months (120 calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed). The following criteria will be used to evaluate each potential contractor: 1. Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services. 2. Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. Include experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and use of recovered materials; 3. Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; 4. Past performance on contracts with both Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; 5. Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project; Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is a requirement of this project. This project is set-aside for Small Businesses. If no reasonable responses are received from Small Business firms, then firms other than Small Business will be considered. A-E firms having capabilities to perform this work are invited to submit one completed Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, for themselves and all their subcontractors to the Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forest, ATTN: EWAG; 215 Melody Lane, Wenatchee, WA 98801 no later than 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time, April 20, 2012. Responses received by the close of business on the closing date will be considered for selection. No other notification to firms under consideration for this project will be made and no further action is required. All responsible sources may submit the requested SF 330 which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation packages are not provided for A-E contracts. This is not a request for proposal.
