- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is for a 2012 Vessel (22' 6") with Trailer located at the Fish & Wildlife Service (Division of Law Enforcement) in Groveland, FL 34736. NAICS Code: 336612, Size Standard: 500 employees. This work entails furnishing all necessary labor, parts, and equipment to supply a 2012 Shearwater 23 GE 22' 6" (or equivalent) vessel with Trailer. Detailed specifications are listed within the solicitation. Expected delivery is May 10, 2012. Note: For equivalent items, the vendor must supply product specifications and descriptive comparison to the like-item (Shearwater) to verify that the equivalent item is the same or greater than the like-item. This action is being solicited as a small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price commercial order will be issued.
