Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID. THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. Veterans Affairs Integrated Network 21, Network Contracting Office, is conducting market research to determine contractor availability and bonding capacity of the following socio-economic categories: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business and Small Disadvantage Business 8(a) to construct a new Specialty Clinic At VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Reno, Nevada. Project scope consists of the new construction of a Specialty Clinic, two story slab on grade approximately 27,000 square feet. The new building will house a multitude of specialty clinics to include 58 exam-type rooms, nine chemo treatment stations, two procedure rooms, and the associated admin/operational supports spaces. The project includes a second story pedestrian bridge to an adjacent building. Estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Information received will be used in any set aside determination. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 236220 with size standard of $33.5M.
