Description

THIS REQUIREMENT WAS FIRST ANNOUNCED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER W912PE-12-T-0002. The Regional Contracting Office, Schwetzingen, is soliciting offers under full and open competition for award of FFP non-personal services contract for community house-finding referral and relocation services for the USAG Baden Wuerrtemberg, Heidelberg, Germany. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 15. Solicitation issue date is o/a 29 March 2102 and offers are due not later than 2:00 PM Central European Time, o/a 30 April 2012. Contemplated contract term consists of a base period of 12 months and two 12-month option periods. Base period may include a phase in period. Anticipated award date is o/a 21 May 2012. Contract services include customer service, housing acquisition within the fair market rent schedule, verbal interpretation and advisory assistance during customer and landlord negotiations, housing inspections, and customer transportation. Offers shall be submitted via email in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. Any communication regarding this solicitation shall be accomplished through email and the subject line of the email shall include the complete solicitation number.
