Solicitation number is SPM4A6-12-R-0632, 0045028167, Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract, National Stock Number, 4933-01-033-1510, EXTRACTOR, RUPTURED. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Hubzone Set-Aside. This NSN has 100% Quantity Option. NSN is not commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. This is not a Configuration Control item. However, Drawings, Export Control, and Critical Application Item does apply. Higher level Systems does not apply. Quantity requested 4971 units. Contractor First Article Test applies. 240 days delivery w/FAT (60 days to submit for testing, 30 days evaluation, and 150 days for final production). 150 days delivery if FAT is waived. The solicitation will result in PR0045028167. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 173 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies.
