- Amendment 0001 Revised Statement of Work The purpose of this amendment is to revise the statement of work and extend the close date until 3/30/2012 at 2:00 p.m. Changes to the Statement of Work are in red font. Change to para 6.1.B. is to include the freeboard area. Change to para 7A increases the number of windows from 9 to 10. Change to para 7B and 7C is to delete those paragraphs. Change to para 7D is to exclude the frame of the doors during replacment. Please note this signed amendement must be included with your quote.
