- This is a modification to a Souces Sought Notice that was issued on FedBizOpps on 16 March 2012. The following information is hereby added to the Sources Sought Notice: 1. The Bureau of Reclamation will be providing the designs for this project in the Solicitation. The Solicitation is not available at this time. The Solicitation will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov APPROXIMATELY mid-May 2012. 2. The Bid Bond, along with the Performance and Payment Bonds are NOT required for your response to the Sources Sought Notice, These Bonds will be required if you submit a proposal in response to the Solicitation. 3. The 10-page limitation for the vendors' responses to the Sources Sought Notice is hereby extended to 15 pages. RESPONSES TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS DUE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, 23 MARCH 2012.
