- MARKET SURVEY - SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS - This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. MODIFICATION 01: A modification has been issued to change the following: 3rd paragraph, change last sentence as follows: From: Test Sample cells must be received by NSWC Crane by 01 May, 2012 in order for sufficient test data to be accrued in preparation for the anticipated SVRLA procurement later in 2012. To: Test Sample cells and operational recharge profile (for use in subparagraphs of 4.4.7.1 and 4.4.7.2 in Attachment 1 and as modified in Attachment 2) must be received by NSWC Crane by 1 May, 2012 in order for sufficient test data to be accrued in preparation for the anticipated SVRLA procurement later in 2012. 4th paragraph, change paragraph as follows: From: Interested parties that have previously submitted B and C cells for NSWC Crane testing in accordance with all the Request For Information (RFI) attachments need not submit additional samples at this time. To: Interested parties that have previously submitted B and C cells for NSWC Crane testing in accordance with all the Request For Information (RFI) attachments need not submit additional samples at this time. Parties that have previously submitted cells but desire to have their product evaluated in accordance with the attachments to this RFI must submit an operational recharge profile by 01 May, 2012 for implementation in test protocol as noted in the subparagraphs of 4.4.7.1 and 4.4.7.2 in Attachment 1 and as modified in Attachment 2. White papers may be submitted any time prior to expiration of this announcement.
