- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The title and RFP number for this request for proposals:"HSPD-12 PACS Maintenance for the U.S. EPA RTP, NC - SOL-DC-12-00009" shall be referenced on all communications and the final response. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. Any firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated within the RFP, Instructions, and the Statement of Work, may submit a proposal after attending the mandatory site visit, which, if received by the response date and time of this announcement shall be considered. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in accordance with FAR 4.11. A formatted copy of the RFP, Statement of Work, and other attachments can be found at the address identified below.
