Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) VA-255-12-R-0488. RFQ VA-255-12-R-0488 is issued to provide living plant maintenance and seasonal decorations at the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The NAICS code is 444220 and the small business size standard is $10M. The government contemplates a firm fixed price contract from this procurement. This requirement shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
